Pre-Contract

- The analysis of the financial information on a multi-family property,
- The drafting of Letters of Intent,
- The negotiation of the purchase and sale contract
- The market research of the market that the investor is working.

Contract

- Review purchase and sale contracts,
- Negotiation terms relevant to the purchase and sale contract

Due Diligence

- Lease review and lease exposure review,
- Management Company analysis,
- Account receivables and payables analysis
- Collections analysis.
- Property Maintenance and capital expenditure review

- Revise contract if necessary
Financing

- The financing, refinancing and negotiations with lenders and servicers regarding new money purchases as well as modifications and buy-outs of loans secured by real estate investment property

Private Money Raise

- Forming entities and drafting formation documents for real estate investments, including real estate development joint ventures and other non-REIT real estate investment funds
- Advising real estate investment program sponsors regarding Securities Exchange Commission disclosure and reporting requirements
