In 2011, three of Florida's four theme-park resorts will add major attractions. One attraction that is not adding anything new may have the biggest draw. Universal Orlando's Wizarding World of Harry Potter is expected to continue to attract significant traffic in 2011. The attraction exceeded most expectations last year.
The other three theme park resorts, Walt Disney World, Sea World and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will unveil new additions. Among the new attractions is a $40 million Cheetah Hunt roller coaster. Sea World will introduce a new version of its signature killer whale show this spring.

This is GREAT NEWS! WHY?
More Tourists means the local Hotels/Motels/Holiday Inns have more people and they can stay open AND they have to hire more people who buy things from the local economy which creates more jobs.
With more tourists means the parks have to hire more people for the parks. It also mean central Florida has more money coming into it.
It also creates more tax revenue so the government can support itself more without having to strong arm the local citizens. Services can return to normal and they can hire more people and get services back up to 100%.
All this means people can afford to keep or buy houses. This will help bring stability to the local economy and house prices will start to rise.
Its Magical!
