MARCH 8 • 10:25 pm — A bill sponsored by Rep. Marti Coley (R-Marianna) to repeal a 2010 law that requires septic tanks be inspected every five years passed the House Health Care Appropriations Subcommittee today on a 12-3 vote. HB 13 has only one more committee stop before consideration before the full House.
