WASHINGTON – April 20, 2011 – Real estate agents should create a tagline on their websites to inform clients about the services they offer. A tagline quickly tells a potential client why they should consider using a specific agent’s services, and should be relatively short, such as “Beach condo specialist.”
To create a tagline, agents should first consider their mission – particularly the mission of their website or blog. Does it provide real estate advice or information about a particular niche market?
Next, they should consider the benefits they promise to clients – what they promise they will do – and insert that into their tagline.
Finally, the tagline should include a reflection of the agent’s brand.
